ATTENTION
   1.When place an order list, please you state that they can be replaced or not by similar varieties or specifications when the situation of some varieties or specifications being sold out happen. If you don't state, we shall think that you agree to be done so;
  2.When find that there are supply mistake or quality question (e.g. variety, specification and quality don't accord with the order demand, and plants become mildewed or dried-up, etc.) and that the supply time clearly is delayed, please request the local commodity inspection department etc. which is approved by international trade dispute settlement organization, offer certificate or evidence, we will give compensation for the loss or ask the related department for compensation.
  3.If that the goods appear question are because of the reason of buyer yourself (for example, order and remittance not be timely or treatment not proper, etc.), we don't assume the responsibility.
